本轮只做最小 probe，不补近义 packet：分别核对了 openclaw browser、chrome relay、以及 repo 内本地 tiny-live 执行入口。

next honest action：先把一个已登录、已附着的 venue execution surface 带到位；然后只做 1 次 whitelist-bound test/no-fill replay，并回填同一条链上的 intent + ack + cancel(close) refs。若执行面仍不存在，就继续停在 paper_candidate_only / blocked，不要再把 ready-gate / packet / writeback 文案当进展。
